Domain Name Analyzer Desktop User Guide

Overview and Editions

What Is Domain Name Analyzer Desktop?

Domain Name Analyzer Desktop is a desktop application for collecting, cleaning, reviewing, and working with domain names. It helps you turn pasted text, imported lists, and domain ideas into organized domain records that can be checked, reviewed, saved, and exported.

What You Can Do

You can use Domain Name Analyzer Desktop to build a working list of domains, clean messy input, generate candidate domain ideas, check domain-related data, review marketplace listings, analyze individual domains, and keep notes with each record. The application is designed for users who work with domain portfolios, naming projects, brand lists, registrar research, or domain availability checks.

Main Areas of the Application

The main window is organized around workspaces. The Domain Workspace is for domains you want to track or review more seriously. Domain Ideas is for candidate names you are still exploring. Domain Analysis checks one domain at a time for registration, DNS, website, and SSL basics. Marketplace Search helps you review secondary-market domain listings. The Global Watch List is for a reusable app-wide list of domains you may want to refer to across projects.

How Projects Fit In

Work in Domain Name Analyzer Desktop is saved in project files. A project keeps your domain workspace data, candidate domains, lookup results, notes, and related project information together so you can close the app and continue later.

Who It Is For

Domain Name Analyzer Desktop is useful for domain investors, brand managers, website owners, agencies, and anyone who needs a clearer way to organize domain names and domain ideas.

Free Basic Edition, Business Edition, and Enterprise Edition

Domain Name Analyzer Desktop is available in different editions so users can choose the level of functionality that matches their needs. The Basic edition is free and is suitable for individual users who need core domain list and domain idea workflows.

Basic Edition

The Basic edition gives you the main desktop experience for working with domain names. It is intended for normal domain list cleanup, domain idea review, project-based work, single-domain analysis, and everyday local use. Basic is free and is not a trial. In Basic, each project can track up to 10 domains in the Domain Workspace and can store up to 50 saved Domain Analysis results.

Business Edition

The Business edition is for users who need higher limits and professional domain management workflows. It requires a license and is intended for users who outgrow the limits of the free Basic edition.

Enterprise Edition

The Enterprise edition is for larger organizations or specialized workflows that need enterprise-level capabilities, automation, or reporting options when those are available in the installed edition.

Choosing an Edition

If you are starting with local domain cleanup, domain idea generation, and project-based review, the free Basic edition is a good starting point. If you need features that are marked for Business or Enterprise, use the edition that includes those capabilities.
